Monday, October 3 - Sixty three tables competed at four locations in October's first Unit Wide Championship. AZ BridgeWorks patrons took only two of the seventeen overall places. Ed Lucas and Ron Fischer pasted togegher a 71% game only to be beaten by Merle and Norma Arlen (playing in Fountain Hills0 who had a 72% game. Congratulations to all. Check out the OVERALLS

 

Wednesday, September 21 - Sixty one and one-half tables competed at four locations for September's second Unit Wide Championship. AZ BridgeWorks patrons took four of the seventeen overall places. Janet Newman and Leonard Marks get a special 'zippity do-dah' for their second overall. Congratulations to all.

 

Saturday, September 10 - A mere twenty eight tables competed at three locations in September's first Unit Wide Championship. AZ BridgeWorks patrons took five of the thirteen overall places. A special 'hip-hip hooray' goes to Bob Smilay and Pauline Sluka for their third in 'A' and first in 'B' placement.  

 

Sunday, September 4 - ACBL President Craig Robinson visited us on his tour of 100 clubs this summer.  Check out the PICTURES.

 

Monday, August 15 - Fifty-four tables competed at four locations in August's second Unit Wide Championship. AZ BridgeWorks patrons took four of the thirteen overall places. A special wowser goest to Estie Schotz and Leonard Marks for their second overall. Congratulations also to Alan Salem and Jim Rowland for their third place in A and first in B.

 

Friday, August 5 -  Fifty-seven and one-half tables competed at four locations in our first August Unit Wide Championship. AZ BridgeWorks patrons took four of the eleven overall places. A special hoop-de-do goes to Lilo Pouh and Norma Arlen for their third in 'A' and second in 'B'.
